About Fulami

In a culture that views aging as a time of decline Fulami strives to improve the psycho-social, spiritual, economical and physical wellbeing of elderly persons. We are involved in a number of projects in Gauteng with the aim to assist older individuals in making their elder years an enriching and graceful culmination of life. Aging gracefully and with dignity is what every person deserves.

cj-van-zylFulami provides critical programmes, services and resources to the elderly primarily in the Gauteng area. The organisation is involved in a number of community projects, including Adopt a Granny and Teach a Granny volunteering services at different homes for the elderly, literacy programme for the elderly and elderly socialising.

The organisation, under the leadership of CEO, CJ van Zyl, operates from Faerie Glen, Pretoria. Fulami is a registered Section 21 company (registration Nr. 2008/026403/08) and a registered Public Benefit Organisation (registration nr. 930030921). As a non-profit organisation, Fulami relies on donations and contributions from private and corporate donors.
