Our Volunteering Programme is all about helping seniors, and activities may include:

  • Assisting the elderly with reading and writing
  • Providing companionship
  • Encouraging exercise by accompanying the elderly on walks
  • Shopping or assisting with errands
  • Assisting with personal hygiene, e.g. hair care
  • Assisting with fundraising or social events
